Covid-19 Statement

It has been a tiresome few weeks while we assess our response to the Covid-19 pandemic and this message comes with a heavy heart. In line with new government restrictions, we will be operating a reduced service for the time being. We shall be operating our online store & mail order and take in any repairs via courier but we will be closed to the general public. In the coming days, weeks & months, we hope that customers will help us continue to operate our business as much as is possible by ordering any supplies you may require via our website, phone or email or sending any repairs to us in the post. Whilst we operate a profitable business; as a small business and with no end in sight for the pandemic, the business shall have little to no income so please think of us when ordering online. Every sale matters to us, especially at this time! Over this period, we are going to offer free Royal Mail 2nd class postage on all orders to UK customers. If you can’t find something or there is something specific you are after, please do not hesitate to contact us.
